Position Summary: The Onboarding Specialist role is a self-directed and detail-oriented role that will contribute to Chime Solutions’s reputation, growth and success. The onboarding specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all onboarding and offboarding of Chime employees and candidates for Chime Solutions.  This role will support the talent acquisition  team with daily functions such as submitting new hire rosters both internally and externally as well as creating effective communication channels within each project team and external stakeholders.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with independent judgment and initiative.
  • Assists the talent acquisition team’s daiy activities by tracking new hires through various stages of the onboarding and termination process.
  • Extensive coordination with various internal and external departments to acquire the required data for successful onboarding.
  • Creates various onboarding rosters needed for the onboarding on new hires
  • Ensures the timely termination of new hires that attend day 1 training
  • Oversees records management within the HR and TA system for all new hires and terminations, including compiling and analyzing data for key performance indicators and providing insights to the Talent Leader.
  • Works diligently and proactively to resolve all onboarding related situations, escalates irregularities to the TA and HR leadership; and, continuously explores ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness

  • Ensures that each new hire has the proper internal and external credentials, confirming that new hires and clients are meeting deadlines, and troubleshooting issues as they arise


Minimum Qualifications

  • Exceptional organization and project management skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams
  • Professional work experience in inf compliance with privacy, data protection and data security.
  • Excellent ability to clearly communicate (verbally and written) in English and any native language with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment and protect/maintain sensitive, confidential information at all times.
  • Ability to demonstrate high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and integrity.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills to effectively build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Must possess solid customer service skills and be a proactive and independent thinker.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel (ability to process data, create pivot tables, charts and formulas)
  • Ability to strike a balance between showing initiative and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall company success.
  • Must be available to work a flexible work schedule (night shifts, as required)
