Position Summary: The Onboarding Specialist role is a self-directed and detail-oriented role that will contribute to Chime Solutions’s reputation, growth and success. The onboarding specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all onboarding and offboarding of Chime employees and candidates for Chime Solutions. This role will support the talent acquisition team with daily functions such as submitting new hire rosters both internally and externally as well as creating effective communication channels within each project team and external stakeholders.
