Position Summary: The Project Manager will serve in a cross-functional role managing project-based initiatives, system integrations, and new client onboarding.  This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within scope, budget and on time.  Will work directly with clients, internal key stakeholders and other functional team members to ensure the success of all projects.  Must possess the ability to connect and collaborate with cross-functional teams and to think outside the box to resolve complex issues.  Must have an agile mindset and can effectively prioritize multiple projects and adapt to change in a fast-paced call center environment.  


Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of project deliverables.
  • Lead and direct the work of others.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Thoroughly review and understand the scope of services in the statement of work.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Clearly communicate project objectives, key milestones, major deliverables, and performance.
  • Conduct project status meetings.
  • Prepare project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Prepare, track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using the appropriate tools.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Maintain project documents and logs, such as meeting notes, user acceptance checklists, onboarding checklists, action item documents, RAID logs, and RACI charts as defined in PMO.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Ensure all project documents are stored on the designated shared drive and not stored on personal computers.  
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document workflows, if needed.
  • Effectively manage the relationship with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
  • Become knowledgeable on key business process activities and know how those activities impact the organization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven working experience of project management processes to include scheduling, estimating, change management, risk management and progress reporting methods.
  • Experience using project management tools, such as Smartsheet,, Asana, JIRA, Basecamp, Microsoft Teams or Wrike.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing job requirements and priorities to meet the needs of the business.



Preferred Qualifications and Skill

  • Call center experience.
  • Demonstrate aptitude and interest in learning new systems and platforms.
  • Ability to strike a balance between showing initiative and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall company success.
