Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Security DRI position will manage and implement security requirements and standards at the Contact Center facility.  This role will serve as the champion and ambassador of security activities and philosophies and will set the tone, direction and energy of the company’s security program.  

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and practices which provide protection for the facility, information, equipment and personnel in accordance with business and client requirements.
  • Lead all aspects of the security function including: strategic planning, budget management, staffing, and leadership of all security operations.
  • Identify risks, research and deploy state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques.
  • Direct evaluation of existing security systems and programs, and implement new or improved projects and procedures to close any identified deficiencies or gaps.
  • Direct technical and information security activities including security education; document and material classification and control and records management. 
  • Direct Personnel Security Program, including pre-employment screenings, clearance processing and maintenance, visitor control, vendor security and internal investigations.
  • Ensure that budgets, schedules, and performance standards/requirements are set and attained.
  • Thoroughly review and understand the scope of services in the statement of work.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Become knowledgeable on key business process activities and know-how those activities impact the organization.
  • Prepare, track and measure security performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Professional work experience in information systems auditing, control or security.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent ability to clearly communicate (verbally and written) in English and any native language with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to influence others to agree and comply with security program requirements.
  • Project Management skills such that to manage the Security Program and coordinate with team members who will help perform various requirements as defined in the the Security program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and integrity.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
  • Ability to strike a balance between showing initiative and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall company success.
