Sales Consultants will be responsible for outbound B2B sales and marketing calls to existing and potential clients. Consultant will be responsible for asking probing questions to understand business needs and providing consultative solutions for client. Sales Consultants will have multiple product offerings and product lines available from which to formulate solutions for the client and generate sales.
Essential skills and experience:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Proficient use of the Microsoft Suite and Windows applications
Ability to generate sales while ensuring that the customers questions, issues, and concerns have been satisfied.
Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and dependable in an environment constantly changing while meeting sales expectations.
Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary
High school diploma required College degree preferred & One-year full time sales experience
Must have AT&T business product and service training/background
Knowledge of AT&T sales and provisioning systems preferred
Ability to multi-task (talk and type at the same time) and use multiple applications.
