Position Summary: The Project Manager will serve in a cross-functional role managing project-based initiatives, system integrations, and new client onboarding. This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within scope, budget and on time. Will work directly with clients, internal key stakeholders and other functional team members to ensure the success of all projects. Must possess the ability to connect and collaborate with cross-functional teams and to think outside the box to resolve complex issues. Must have an agile mindset and can effectively prioritize multiple projects and adapt to change in a fast-paced call center environment.
