    Job Summary:


    The Human Resources Coordinator assists in the administration of human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, data entry, and employee relations.



    • Assist and respond to all internal and external HR related inquiries
    • Assist both onsite and offsite with company recruiting efforts
    • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and initiating pre-hire screening process for candidates in iCIMS
    • Tracks status of candidates in iCIMS and respond to candidates with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process
    • Schedule and conduct new-hire orientations as needed
    • Assists with day-one training check ins and reporting
    • Assists with processing terminations after check ins
    • Ensure all new hire iforms are completed in iCIMS; collect documentation during orientation; completes certification of I9s and enters new hires into eVerify system
    • Enter new employee benefit elections into benefit systems; complete any necessary filing
    • Other duties as assigned


    Requirements and Qualifications:


    To ensure success, the HR Coordinator candidate should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relations, staffing, and applicant tracking system knowledge. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict, effective at scheduling, and thorough in the recruitment process. This role will require extended hours during peak time, so flexibility is a plus.

    • High school diploma required; College degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience required ​
    • A minimum of 2 years proven work experience as an HR coordinator required
    • Ability to adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
    • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall team success
    • Must demonstrate flexibility; must be able to adapt to changing business needs
    • Must have meticulous attention to detail skills
    • Must be highly computer literate with capabilities in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
    • Applicant Tracking System knowledge required, iCIMS preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills required
    • Must have multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize required tasks
    • Must possess the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
    • Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Professional attitude and appearance required

    Work Environment:

    • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers/scanners.

     Physical Demands:

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
