    Position Summary: The Financial Analyst will provide real time analytics of the financial position of the company. This will enable the Executive Management team to make well informed decisions in real time.

    Position Requirements:

    • Compiles and analyzes financial information
    • Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
    • Performs capacity planning
    • Maintain project profitability analyses
    • Prepares annual budgets
    • Reports on variances from budget each period
    • Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
    • Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
    • Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Performs monthly bank reconciliation
    • Responds to inquiries from CEO, CFO, GM/VP or COO regarding expenses budget
    • Manages project/customer pricing schedules
    • Maintain monthly management reporting package;
    • Establishes, communicates and track monthly revenue goals with management teams.
    • Assists in establishing an automated billing process and spilt P&L
    • Performs other related duties, as assigned.


    Essential Knowledge and skills:


    ·         Strong PC skills, knowledge of QuickBooks, FAS for Peachtree, Great Plains, Management Reporter, MS Office, and Adobe.

    ·         Excellent written skills

    ·         Knowledge of mathematical fundamentals

    ·         Problem analysis and problem resolution

    ·         Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
