    We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (TAC) to help our company find and retain excellent employees. The TAC will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

    Responsibilities

    • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
    • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
    • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
    • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
    • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
    • Assist in employee retention and development
    • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, and other events
    • Create and place ads on job boards and social media

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
    • 10+ years' experience in talent acquisition/recruiting
    • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
    • Proven success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, results-driven organization
    • Proficient use of social media and job boards
    • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
    • Excellent organization, time management and project management skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Exhibit the ability to organize thoughts, communicate professionally, and concisely
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
